    Customs Memorandum Circulars Nos. 237-98 - Loss of copies of BCOR No. 50844744.

    Customs Memorandum Circular No. 238-98 [07.23.98] - Attaching a letter from Mr. Jesus L. Motoomull, Director, Bureau of Product Standards regarding the release of importation of plywood covered by B/L No. SZPCB 8001719 without the necessary Conditional Release and Import Commodity Clearance, and reminding that the Bureau of Product Standards is still following the usual procedure for ICC wherein a Consolidated Release is given pending inspection, testing, evaluation and final issuance of ICC for all products included in the attached List of Philippine National Standards Declared Mandatory.

    Customs Memorandum Circular No. 239 -98 - Loss of BCOR No. 57807251

    Customs Memorandum Circular No. 240-98 [07.24.98] - Exchange rate for the week 25 to 31 July 1998 for both the regular consumption entries [formal and informal] warehouse entries and the withdrawal entries for shipments entered under warehousing.

    Customs Memorandum Circular No. 241-98 [07.24.98] - Attaching a Memorandum from the President dated 14 July 1998 directing all government officials to stop using police escorts, sirens, blinkers, markers, stickers and similar unnecessary symbols of authority and influence.

    Customs Memorandum Circular No. 242-98 [07.24.98] - Attaching a letter from the Commissioner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue clarifying certain issues on the applicability of Sections 128 and 157 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1977 with respect to the payment of excise tax on imported finished petroleum products.
